Technical webinar: nano-encapsulation and supercritical CO₂ sterilisation
24 June 2026
Elissandro Klein announced a technical session on 25 June at 4:00 pm, Paris time. The subject was how supercritical CO₂ can change the production of nanoliposomes, LNPs and other advanced delivery systems, and also allow sterilisation under mild conditions.
The topics listed for the session were alternatives to conventional liposome and LNP manufacturing, better stability for RNA, proteins, peptides and other sensitive bioactives, precise size control with low size variation, and continuous production from proof of concept to industrial deployment. Processing was described with no toxic solvents. Encapsulation and sterilisation were presented as combinable on one technology platform.
The session was a short presentation, then an open discussion and questions.
