Talk at EMSF 2026, the European Meeting on Supercritical Fluids
26 June 2026 · Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany

Elissandro Klein represented Biotech One at the 21st European Meeting on Supercritical Fluids (EMSF 2026) in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany. EMSF brings together researchers and industrial specialists to discuss recent work, new applications and the direction of supercritical fluid technologies.
During the scientific programme he presented “Continuous supercritical CO₂ fractionation of wet microalgal suspensions for selective recovery of neutral lipids”. The talk covered part of the results from the Microalgae ALLIANCE project, and part of Biotech One’s latest research.
The meeting was also a chance to show the company’s technologies, to hear current industrial problems and technical trends, and to continue or open collaborations where supercritical CO₂ can be useful. He thanked the organisers and the people who took part.
